01. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using KarmaWallet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Application.
02. Philosophy & Karma Coins (KC)
KarmaWallet is a secular tool designed purely for karmic reflection, behavioral correction, and self-awareness. While conceptually inspired by universal principles of cause and effect, the Application is strictly non-religious and does not promote or affiliate with any specific religious doctrine.
The Mechanics of Karma Coins (KC)
User actions and reflections are quantified using a virtual metric called Karma Coins (KC). Accumulating KC represents positive behavioral choices and the cultivation of good karma. Conversely, a negative KC balance indicates actions requiring behavioral correction, representing a "karmic debt."
Note: Karma Coins (KC) are a purely metaphorical and internal application metric. They hold zero financial, monetary, or real-world value and cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or transferred.
03. Access & Billing
KarmaWallet offers an initial complimentary period (Free Days) to allow users to experience the application's reflective capabilities.
Following the expiration of the free days, users who wish to continue their journey and access premium features must add additional days via in-app purchases or select a subscription model. All billing is handled securely through the respective App Store ecosystems.
04. Dissolve Journey (Data Deletion)
You retain absolute control over your personal data. If you wish to terminate your use of the Application, you may initiate a complete data wipe directly within the app.
Deletion Instructions:
- Navigate to your Profile settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the section.
- Select "Dissolve Journey".
Executing a "Dissolve Journey" results in an immediate, permanent, A-Z deletion of your account, journal entries, and KC balance. Absolutely no information is retained on our servers post-deletion.
05. AI & Liability Disclaimer
"AI-generated outputs are interpretive and informational tools for self-reflection."
Outputs do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. You should never rely on AI as a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional.
Zero Corporate Liability
SG Studio holds zero liability for any emotional distress, psychological impact, or real-world decisions made based on your Karma Coins (KC) balance, karmic debt status, or AI reflections. The app functions solely as a reflective mirror.
06. Acceptable Use
No reverse engineering of AI systems
No malicious code or disruptive bots
No unauthorized commercial exploitation
No submission of harmful/unlawful content
07. Intellectual Property
All code, branding, and AI technology remain the exclusive property of SG Studio.
"You retain full ownership of the personal journal entries you submit prior to any deletion requests."
08. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, adhering strictly to mandatory consumer protection laws.
09. Severability
If any provision within these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
