Outputs do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. You should never rely on AI as a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional.

05. Acceptable Use
No reverse engineering of AI systems
No malicious code or disruptive bots
No unauthorized commercial exploitation
No submission of harmful/unlawful content
06. Intellectual Property
All code, branding, and AI technology remain the exclusive property of Startup Guy Studio.

08. Liability
Startup Guy Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of AI insights.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, adhering to mandatory consumer protection laws.
12. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
